With my birthday next week and the recent arrival of my third baby boy, I keep thinking about how launching a new neighborhood in Picacho Mountain can be a little like the birth of a baby. The preparation phase can seem like it’s never going to end, but once you get there it’s well worth the wait.
Here at Picacho Mountain we’ve been planning and preparing for the arrival of our newest neighborhood, the Willows Patio Homes at Picacho Mountain. Many of you have been waiting with us and following our progress for the last few years.
Well, the due date is finally here! We are proud to announce the arrival of the Willows Patio Homes! Now, before you think I am going to start passing cigars around, take a look at this picture.
Now Under Construction
Construction started in early May and is already well under way. We are now putting the finishing touches on our floorplans.

We have completely updated and revamped several of our floor plans. I can’t say, “Oh they’re so cute!” like I would with my baby, but I can definitely say, they will show with dramatic elegance!
